Deep formation for everyday leaders.
The Cohort names the formative dimension of the Hub’s work. Through guided learning, theological reflection, and communal discernment, the Institute prioritizes deep formation—shaping convictions, habits, and imagination for faithfulness in vocation, family, culture, and ministry. The aim is not specialization, but integration: faith brought to bear on every sphere of life and work.
Serving the church with clarity, care, and conviction
The Church-Facing pillar names the Hub’s orientation toward the local church. This dimension ensures that the Hub exists for the strengthening of pastors, elders, and congregations—supporting discipleship, leadership development, and ministry through shared practices, theological clarity, and pastoral wisdom.
Mobilizing the church for faithful presence in Boston
The City-Engaging pillar names the Hub’s outward posture toward the city. This dimension connects theological formation to lived faithfulness in the public square, equipping believers to steward their vocations, relationships, and influence for the flourishing of Boston through wisdom, humility, and love.
Providing theological resources for everyday faithfulness
The Content pillar names the resourcing dimension of the Hub’s work. Through writing, teaching, podcasts, and curated materials, the Institute translates theology into accessible resources that sustain formation, strengthen the church, and guide faithful presence in everyday life.
